Our Purpose

The Hecht Tenant Association was created by and for the people who call this building home. Our mission is simple: give residents a united voice, build a stronger sense of community, and work collaboratively with the ownership to improve the living experience at Hecht Warehouse.

We believe that when residents come together, we can make meaningful change. From addressing everyday concerns with building operations to organizing events that bring neighbors closer, our association is here to represent and support the needs of our community.
